Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

SaaS Subscriptions

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all first-time SaaS subscriptions (Pro Analyst and Enterprise plans). If you are not satisfied with the platform within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time after the 30-day guarantee period.

Digital Products & Data Packs

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable Data Packs and PDF Reports are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you have technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact support immediately and we will assist you.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@glri.io with your order details. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.

Disputes

If you have a complaint that we are unable to resolve to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter through Paddle's dispute resolution process. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
